Lead Senior Digital Designer
2017 - Present
As the Lead Senior Digital Designer at XYi Design, I direct the digital execution of film marketing campaigns for XYi Design's primary clients, Paramount and Universal, ensuring seamless delivery across 40+ international markets. My role involves high-level creative approval for all digital assets generated by my team, maintaining quality and campaign consistency. Furthermore, I lead and mentor a team of four (including remote members), focusing on their training, development, and career growth within their roles.
Linney Create
Digital Designer
2014 - 2017
Whilst at Linney Create, my responsibilities spanned the entire digital production lifecycle. This included email design and development, end-to-end full-stack web design and build (leveraging UX/UI expertise), and screen design for Digital Signage. I also delevoped skill in motion design and the creation of HTML Banners using Adobe Animate and Google Web Designer.

Freelance - Frontend Developer
2011 - 2017
Demonstrated initiative by engaging in freelance projects throughout my degree, developing new skills. Highlights include creating a website and logo for the small start-up company DM Footcare, and designing playing kits and communication materials for my university rugby league team.

Having gained a 2:1 in Digital Media Technology, my time at University not only gave me the skills for my career but it was an essential life experience. Here I gained so much knowledge about different areas of design, also introducing me to the coding side allowing my designs to come to life on-line

During my time at The Henley College, I gained a Distinction in BTEC IT Practitioners. This kicked me off on my path to become a designer, as this course involved a wide spectrum of IT skills but the side I particularly enjoyed was the design and animation side which I still love today.
